The practice rotates between four leaders including Sat Ganesha/Gobind Jeet at the YW Studio and Amrit Premgeet/Fateh Prem transmit live to our large screen in the front of the yoga studio. Join Amrit Premgeet for a weekly online class to deepen your foundations – exploring asana, pranayama, exercises and meditation. All Levels.
Thurs. 6 - 7pm Evening Kundalini Yoga, Join Jordan for a dynamic practice to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. Come as you are and leave feeling energized, centered and radiant. Four times this month May 1st, 8th, 22th & 29th (Emily’s class 3rd Thurs. - below)
Thurs. May 15th 6 – 7pm - Restorative Sound Healing - Join Emily for Breathwork, Light Stretching, Relaxation with Crystal Bowls followed by a short meditation.
Sat, 8:30 – 10am Kundalini Yoga with the Medicine Wheel Join Gobind Jeet as he selects yoga kriyas based on the wisdom and cycles of the Native American Medicine Wheel.
CLASS on 6/21 will combine with Women’s class for Solstice Event from 8:30 – 10:30am.
Simrat and Anastasia will continue to teach ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN over the summer with Bloom to Your Radiance.
